The Superintendents' Early Childhood Plan (SECP) is an initiative of the Buffett Early Childhood Institute in collaboration with the 11 School District Superintendents and the Learning Community of Douglas and Sarpy Counties. The annual evaluation of the SECP is conducted by the Munroe Meyer Institute (MMI) within the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) under contract with the Buffett Early Childhood Institute. The following report represents MMI's full and comprehensive evaluation of programmatic activities that took place during the 2022-2023 academic year. (author abstract)
