Disclosures

This page describes the Research Connections web accessibility efforts, copyright, terms of use, and privacy policy.

Accessibility

The Research Connections website complies with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, codified at section 29 USC 794d, as amended, ensures those with disabilities have equal access to government information as contained on information and communications technology (ICT), and thereby to the government employment, programs and services to which all citizens are entitled. Section 508 is only one segment of the accessibility field. In sum, Section 508 requires that people with disabilities have access to information comparable to the access available to others.

As use of information technology has greatly increased within the workplace, and out, in recent years, and additional legislation has required ever-more access to government information, there is a great need for strong, effective action to ensure compliance across this Site. For this reason, we’ve built this Site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0, level AA.

If you use assistive technology (e.g., a braille reader, a screen reader, TTY) and the format of any material on our website interferes with your ability to access the information, please e-mail us at ResearchConnections@icf.com. So that we may respond in a manner most helpful to you, please indicate the nature of your accessibility problem, the preferred format in which you would like to receive the material, the web address of the requested material, and your contact information.

For additional information on Section 508, please visit http://www.section508.gov.
