A state department of education made a request to learn how other states were using Teaching Strategies assessment tool GOLD(R) to measure kindergarten readiness. The state was also interested in understanding which GOLD(R) learning objectives and learning domains are used, and how states set "readiness" benchmarks with GOLD(R) data. (author abstract)
