A study of changes in the instructional quality and management practices of programs participating in Quality Matters, a quality improvement initiative for out-of-school time programs in the Kansas City area, as well as an examination of staff satisfaction with Quality Matters, based on pre- and post-intervention observations of 35 program sites and on surveys from 14 managers and 19 staff members
