Pennsylvania Head Start Staff Wellness Survey

Description:

The Pennsylvania Head Start Staff Wellness Survey, conducted during 4 months in spring 2012, was a web-based survey of all staff working in the state’s Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Its purpose was to describe the physical health and psychological well-being of the staff and how their health and well-being relates to their functioning at work. The survey was intended to reach the entire staff, including program directors, managers, classroom teachers, home-based visitors, and family service workers. To minimize social desirability bias and ensure confidentiality, the survey was anonymous and voluntary. (author abstract)
