The Equity Leaders Action Network at Build Initiative presented their goals and equity leadership proposition at the September 28, 2022 ECE Business Collaboratory Convening. A brief history about the root of inequities in child care and early education was followed by a discussion of the four levels of change in racial equity in early childhood systems. Policy recommendations and examples were also included.
