New Mexico’s Children, Youth and Families Department has conducted Child Care Market Rate Surveys in 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015 and now 2018. The survey questionnaires used for licensed and registered providers were originally developed by the Children, Youth and Families Department in conjunction with the UNM Division of Continuing Education.
