Findings from a process and outcomes evaluation of Linking Schools and Early Years, a project to coordinate school readiness efforts of schools, early education and care services, and child and family services in three sites in Victoria, Australia, that examine project implementation, school transitions, families' connections to services and schools, and schools' responsiveness to family needs, based on project administrative data and on surveys from 199 parents, 7 schools, 18 early education and care service providers, and 25 child and family service providers
