Each year, PDG B-5 grantees are required to complete an annual performance progress report (APPR) detailing activities completed under their PDG B-5 grant. The APPR describes how PDG B-5 funds were used to enhance grantees’ statewide comprehensive early childhood care and education systems specifically improving the coordination, alignment, and delivery of programs and services; increasing the availability and quality of services in a mixed delivery system; providing supports for the early childhood workforce; maximizing family and parental choice and knowledge of engagement within the early childhood system; enhancing school readiness and effective transition practices; and improving data coordination and sharing.
