This report highlights strategies that PDG B-5 Initial and Renewal Grant recipients (“recipients”) have leveraged to strengthen ECE systems between January 2019 and December 2021, looking across key themes and areas of priority.1 The remainder of this report contains, for each of the following areas, between two and 12 state snapshots of progress made during this 2-year period.
