The Children’s Cabinet, a statewide 501c3 non-profit agency serving children and families, conducted Nevada’s 2022 Child Care Market Rate Survey (MRS). The Children’s Cabinet is a long-standing partner with the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services (DWSS), Child Care and Development Program (CCDP), who administers Nevada’s Child Care and Development Fund. The Children’s Cabinet has conducted the statewide market rate survey since 2006. The Children’s Cabinet and DWSS/CCDP used federal guidance from the Administration for Children and Families Child Care Technical Assistance Network’s Market Rate Survey Briefs to design Nevada’s MRS and timeline.
