The Birth to 5 Statewide Strategic Plan for 2021-2023 is now available. This document is a culmination of a collective review of data and feedback from families and professionals who are influenced by the B-5 Early Childhood State System (ECSS), including the Leadership Council on Early Years (LCEY), Early Childhood Advisory Council (ECAC), PDG Statewide Leadership Team, Regional Workgroups, parents/caregivers and others. The Strategic Plan addresses the findings from the Statewide Needs Assessment by outlining the strategies necessary to accomplish our vision that all Wisconsin families will have access to high quality, affordable, local early care and education opportunities.
