This data primer is the fourth report in a four-part series related to the use of paid child care in the United States. This final report in the series provides an introductory guide to child care-related data in the Current Population Survey (CPS). The CPS is the leading source for labor force data in the U.S., but its coverage also extends to data on paid child care usage and expenditures. (author abstract)
