The goal of this brief is to describe PD experiences from a field test of the We Grow Together (WGT) Professional Development System. Specifically, this brief addresses the following questions: / Who were the PD providers in the WGT field test? / Who were the caregivers in the WGT field test? What types of relationships and experiences did the PD providers and caregivers have before the WGT field test? • What types of relationships did PD providers have with their caregivers before the WGT field test? • What types of experiences did PD providers have with coaching before the WGT field test? • What types of experiences did caregivers have with PD before the WGT field test? / How did PD providers engage with caregivers in the WGT field test? / How did caregivers respond to PD provider support in the WGT field test?
