Two-year-olds in schools: A case study of eight schools: Research report

Description:
This report presents a summary of some of the key findings from case study visits to eight schools as part of an implementation study examining what works in developing and delivering provision for two-year-olds in schools. It sits alongside a final report for the implementation study which presents a full range of findings from all research activities which is available on the Department for Education (DfE) website. The implementation study was designed by the National Children's Bureau (NCB) Research Centre in partnership with Frontier Economics on behalf of the Department for Education to examine approaches being taken to develop provision for two-year-olds in 49 schools during the academic year September 2013-July 2014.
