The objectives of this analysis were: 1. to provide an overall description of the reporting process by the Pre-School Inspectorate; 2. to describe differences, commonalities and consistencies in the reporting process; 3. to assess the threshold of evidence being applied in the reports; 4. to present a written report outlining key findings.
