This is a presentation from September 28, 2022 ECE Business Collaboratory Convening. Presenters from Colorado and Kentucky discussed programs and policies to that encourage employer investments in child care. The economic impact of Colorado Executives Partnering to Invest in Children (EPIC), the Colorado Senate Bill 21-236: Employer Based Child Care Grant Program and Design Labs projects were illustrated. Additionally, the Kentucky House Bill 499: The Employee Child Care Assistance Partnership was discussed as a partial solution to the Kentucky workforce participation problem.
