2019-2020 Utah Preschool Development Grant B-5 strategic plan: Empowering Utah families through a coordinated early childhood B-5 system

Utah’s 2019 PDG B-5 supported the completion of a statewide Needs Assessment, focused on Utah’s early ECCE mixed-delivery system, and how better coordination will increasingly meet the needs of children and families. The PDG B-5 Needs Assessment, which provides insight into the gaps and service needs within Utah’s ECCE system, is the basis for the development of this strategic plan. (author abstract)
