This Needs Assessment report provides a snapshot of Georgia’s understanding of its early childhood system. It includes the conditions and demographics of the state’s birth-through-five population and the types of supports the state provides its youngest children and their families. It also details what is known about Georgia’s early childhood system and, more importantly, what is not known. (author abstract)
