Puerto Rico Preschool Development Grant Birth to Five (PDG-B5)

Description:

The purpose of Puerto Rico PDG B-5 is to promote a statewide system of service integration that is available, accessible, and of high quality while addressing the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral aspects of children ages 0-5 and their families in Puerto Rico. It should be noted that according to the above, the PDG B-5 project promotes integration through a system of mixed services that encourages its implementation based on the identified needs and a planning process to address them. The inclusion and integration of early childhood and education programs are vital to identifying partners, since strategic alliances advance common goals that make it possible to achieve a sustainable system of services for children in Puerto Rico.
