Mapping state and local coordinated services approaches

Description:

In September 2018, ACF awarded the Assessing Models of Coordinated Services for Low-Income Children and Their Families project to Mathematica to learn more about how states and local communities coordinate services to most efficiently and effectively serve the multi-faceted needs of children and their families with low-incomes. Through a scan of publicly available information, we identified 95 coordinated services approaches that passed our inclusion criteria. (author abstract)
