The goal of this brief is to support FCC as a core aspect of the ECE system by growing our shared understanding of FCC integration in quality approaches through the exploration of the different mechanisms and approaches used by states, as well as the successes and challenges. This brief is intended for state and local leaders of QRISs and child care systems, and national organizations and resources that support QRIS and family child care. (author abstract)
