A descriptive study of learning goals, supportive actions and activities, and facilitator-student interactions in a goal setting intervention for an after school program, based on surveys of students, an interview with a teacher-facilitator, and informal discussions with facilitators in a program that serves first through fifth graders at two school sites in the Southeastern United States
