The Quality Start Los Angeles developmental evaluation: Technical appendix

Quality Start Los Angeles (QSLA) is a county-level quality rating and improvement system that supports center-based and family child care providers serving children from birth to age five. The RAND Corporation conducted a developmental evaluation focused on selected QSLA components.
