This report presents key findings from an evaluation of First 5 San Joaquin Raising Quality! IMPACT in Fiscal Year (FY) 2017-2018. Building on a previous evaluation conducted in FY 2015-2016, this evaluation sought to understand how early care and learning sites for children and families in San Joaquin County enhanced the quality of their programs. Findings are informed by program data, assessment data, surveys completed by participating providers, as well as one group interview with First 5 San Joaquin Raising Quality! IMPACT staff.
