This chart indicates whether or not each state has done the following: 1) adopted an infant-toddler workforce credential, 2) has a statewide quality rating and improvement system, 3) has adopted core knowledge and competences (CKC) for home visiting professionals, 4) has adopted CKC for early care and education professionals, 4) has adopted early childhood mental health competencies, and 4) has passed paid family leave legislation.
