The Oklahoma Child Care Portfolio is a compilation of data and information published by the Oklahoma Child Care Resource & Referral Association, Inc. The Association administers the statewide child care resource and referral network. One of the primary roles of the Association is to collect, analyze and report data about how the state is caring for its youngest residents. This site is has information about each of Oklahoma's 77 individual counties and the state as a whole. You can view the data in a county profile or a data table. Statistics on the site allow for analysis of child care supply and demand, quality, cost, and the economic factors that impact the status of child care in the state. In Oklahoma, most forms of child care are regulated. Therefore, the Portfolio data is focused primarily on licensed child care. (author abstract)
