This Executive Summary presents the highlights and summation of the findings of the Delaware Early Care and Education Workforce Study. This includes data from the census of Delaware's early care and education programs, the interviews with program directors and family child care providers, and surveys with employees of early care and education programs. The interviews and surveys focused on the educational level of employees, salary, benefits, and work experiences of the employees. (author abstract)
