Early education for immigrant children

This policy brief lays out the causes of disadvantage among children of immigrants and the different models of early education provision that are available to policymakers. The evaluation evidence -- what works -- is then discussed, as are the obstacles to policy reform. The recommendations are drawn from a set of key learning points and a description of good practices in early education. (author abstract)
