Description: The purpose of this study is to help the Administration for Children and Families better understand the experiences and perspectives of families and staff participating in Head Start and Early Head Start, particularly around the topic of family engagement. This study is meant to develop and pilot test qualitative questionnaires on a sample of Head Start and Early Head Start families and staff that can be included in future large scale studies.
