Pennsylvania Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Program: Fiscal year 2011-12 report

This report details the work of the Pennsylvania Early Childhood Mental Health (ECMH) Consultation Program for the 2011-2012 fiscal year based on three program goals: 1. Reduce the number of children expelled from childcare due to behavior challenges 2. Increase understanding among early care and education practitioners and families of social-emotional development and its impact on educational success, and 3. Link and bridge systems and services of behalf of a child, family, and program. (author abstract)
