This webinar examines ways in which states can improve quality within their Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) plan. Presenters from several states and organizations discuss how they are addressing quality improvement via initiatives and models involving issues which include quality rating and improvement systems (QRIS), child care subsidy programs, family child care, equity for specific populations, professional development, early learning standards, early childhood mental health, dual language learners, child care market rate surveys/cost of quality, and supply-building/industry consolidation.
