Past roles and strategies of First 5 LA and other funders

Description:
Past Roles and Strategies of First 5 LA and Other Funders is the second of three reports that collectively examine the early care and education (ECE) landscape in Los Angeles County. In the first report, data on the current state of the ECE landscape was analyzed along three key dimensions: access, workforce, and quality. By contrast, this second report does not focus on the present-day access, workforce, or quality gaps, but instead seeks to answer the retrospective question: What have been the past roles and strategies that First 5 LA, other First 5 Commissions, and other ECE funders have utilized to influence the ECE landscape?
