Included are descriptions of efforts to enhance collaborative planning and governance structures, promote coordination across services, implement a cross-sector professional development system, include a focus on infants and toddlers in quality rating and improvement systems, embed a maternal and child mental health system, embed a developmental approach into the child welfare system, coordinate funding streams, and promote the inclusion of infant-toddler health, development, and well-being indicators in lists of desired outcomes for states.
