2013 Vermont Head Start and Early Head Start needs assessment report

This needs assessment report used information from web - survey data collected from Head Start and Early Head Start grantees during March 5 -- June 17, 2013. Eight of 11 OHS Head Start State Collaboration Office (HSSCO) Priority Areas were in the survey. They are: Child Care, Education (School Readiness, Head Start -- Pre-K Partnership Development, and Partnerships with Local Education Agencies) , School Transitions and Alignment with Kindergarten through Grade 12, Services for Children with Disabilities, Services for Children Experiencing Homelessness, Professional Development, Early Childhood Systems, and Community Services: Services for Military Families.
