In this report we explore the current landscape of early education and care in Massachusetts, looking at where kids are served and identifying groups of children receiving no formal care at all. Based on our estimates of which children are being served in what settings, we then cost out a range of options for expanding and improving early education and care for these three and four year olds in Massachusetts.
