This webinar focused on the alignment of national professional and performance standards, state professional development competencies, and quality rating and improvement system standards related to family-provider relationships. Suggestions for developing standards that align with empirically based indicators of provider facilitation of family-provider relationships identified through OHS's relationship-based competencies were also provided.
