An evaluation of the New Jersey Nutrition and Physical Activity Self-Assessment for Child Care (NAP SACC), a program to improve nutrition and increase physical activity in child care centers, that examines changes in center policies and practices as well as program implementation, based on pre- and post-program assessments for 99 centers, surveys from 29 center directors, and surveys from 10 NAP SACC trainers
