An evaluation of the Denver Preschool Program, an initiative to provide preschool tuition credits to parents and quality improvement grants to preschools, that examines program outreach efforts, ease of parent and provider interaction with the program, and parents' use of tuition credits, as well as characteristics of participating providers and families, based on administrative data, 180 parent surveys, 65 provider surveys, a focus group with 19 Spanish-language parents, and 13 key informant interviews
