Diversifying the early childhood workforce in early childhood special education


This paper aims to contribute to the initiative of diversifying the early childhood workforce by exploring the impact of diverse teachers on young children, examining the shortage of diverse teachers for young children with disabilities, and providing general strategies to recruit and retain diverse educators in the field.
