The Year 3 evaluation will provide insight into how the program components (detailed in Appendix A) continue to develop to meet the needs of young children and the early learning community. In 2020-21, QEES delivered onsite support to 256 ECE providers throughout Hillsborough County, the third largest school district in the state of Florida and eighth largest in the country (illustrated in Appendix D).
