Description:
This report interviewed 80 leaders from different capacities concerning early childhood education leadership in March 2020 and focused on how leadership can be improved through policy, curriculum, practice, and philanthropy. Ascend at the Aspen Institute and Lake Research Partners held virtual interviews with parents of low income with young children as well as 1,200 voters to understand support of the two-generation (2Gen) approach and early childhood education development and care policy options.
