Career pathways: Supporting early childhood educators

This policy brief describes initiatives led by T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® National Center for higher education, professional development, and training of early childhood educators. Federal and state policy recommendations are presented, along with an example of how one educator in Indiana utilized the T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood Scholarship program to pursue an associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s degree in the early childhood field.
