Achieving a state of healthy weight: 2018 report

Description:

In 2018, five states, Alabama, Kentucky, Nevada, North Carolina, and Tennessee, promulgated new or revised child care licensing regulations. All of these regulatory changes affected obesity prevention efforts in licensed ECE facilities. The current report describes 2018 regulatory changes, including the extent to which state licensing regulations support ASHW HWPs and help to prevent childhood obesity. (author abstract)
