The following brief provides background about the benefits of developing an ELC integrated data system (IDS) and key components needed to support service coordination goals and create accountability systems related to outcomes outlined in the Master Plan. Recommended strategies leverage existing data initiatives and propose the implementation of a data governance body that embeds racial equity as a core value. (author abstract)
