Time for a Game-Changing Summer, With Opportunity and Growth for All of America’s Youth, reviews the America After 3PM summer 2019 findings, with 2020 parent and provider summer survey data included to shed light on what young people are experiencing during the pandemic. This data can be helpful as families, educators, and policymakers debate the best supports for young people after more than a year of pandemic conditions. As this report is written, 79 percent of programs plan to offer summer enrichment in 2021. (author abstract)
