R3LCT5WT: Wave3 FC long. weight/trimmed

Wave 3 longitudinal focal child weight, trimmed at the top and bottom 5th percentiles to account for outlier values. Takes a value only where a focal child has participated in all three waves of the Three-City Study. This weight is recommended where the unit of analysis is the focal child in longitudinal analyses that use data from each wave.

Based upon 1,638 valid cases out of 1,835 total cases.
