This webinar examines tax strategies that support early childhood programs/workforce in Nebraska and Louisiana, along with Pennsylvania's recently implemented Philadelphia Beverage Tax. Presenters outline each strategy in terms of its financing, advocacy, and underlying programs supported. Tax credits and strategies' connection to quality rating and improvement systems (QRIS), as well as program implementation status, are also discussed.
