Building state P-3 systems: Learning from leading states

This webinar discusses P-3 learning systems building and the role of state and local support. An overview of efforts from three states -- Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts -- is presented. Panelists discuss six themes that emerged from a related policy report: two-pronged approaches--policy and local support; new state structures and collaboration patterns; system building at regional, community, and neighborhood levels; pushing for impact; pre-K/K seam as a common starting point; and balancing oversight and local flexibility.
