This webinar discusses the role of Child Care Resource and Referral services in building early learning systems, along with trends at both the state and local levels. Alignment of goals between Child Care Resource and Referral services and quality rating and improvement systems (QRIS) are examined, based on state survey reponses regarding changes in types of services provided to support QRIS goals. Representatives from New Hampshire and Washington State share their states' efforts in this area.
